To be honest, cricket is going down. There is no hope of survival of cricket without T20 . See most of the players are taking odi, test retirement but continue to play t20. Bangladeshi players never like test game, supporters never like to watch test cricket. players are playing test as if they were forced by someone . Bangladesh is playing well in t20 since 2021 world cup. Notice that its effect is now visible in odi .Wants to do everything very quickly like t20 . supporters are not available like before in test, odi format. But BCB cannot able to provide seating in T20 match because there are so many people who come to watch t20 . it is sad for us

I think the word "downfall" is a wrong word to use here because Bangladesh never had a rise in test

As a Bangladeshi, I have to say that- how can you say this a downfall where the team only has 13% winning overall and 9% winning in overseas? When was the rise of BD test cricket? I can't remember. Only 1 win vs Aus, Eng, SL,Afg. 2 wins vs Nz. No wins vs SA, Ind, Pak. Maximum of their wins came against Zim. Actually BD players don't give that importance to test cricket, even don't try to realize the significance of this format. That's why they've never risen.

ICC should give more importance to t20. No matter how emotional we are, the reality is that the interest in odi test format is decreasing day by day. only for t20 , now new team is getting introduced in cricket.
