U could try to play a lvl 1 tuner so u can make exploder dragon wing with iron chain or prime material. Arcanite magician with chaos sorc. Dark end dragon with gorz or exploder dragon wing

The best target is sinister sprocket, he pops a face up spell/trap if used to make a dark synchro, he still gets his effect if revived by debri dragon since its a graveyard effect. Emergency pop vs royal oppression and black whirlwind, random gravekeeper match up (necrovally)

Also sinister sprocket is a fiend randomly so u could play the lvl 5 synchro stygian guy(requires a fiend tuner)

when debris brings back a monster, doesn’t that card lose its effect? Why would card trooper be able to use its effect after being revived by debris?

They can still attempt to activate their effects, and trooper sending cards from deck to graveyard is cost. So it will still send cards from deck to grave but it won’t gain attack points
