Hi Scott. I know exactly what you mean about the weather, and getting out on quiet lanes staying away from the busier parts of The Lake District. As much as I do love to ride in the centre I try to stay on the fringes as much as possible. We are spoilt for choice up here, so many good lanes to ride.
