Nice home. The right decorator and finish carpentry will take it over the top. However, needs a sink in laundry room, and high end builders need to do better with the wire shelving in closets.

“Bedroom 2” is actually not a bedroom it’s a bonus room and they give the option to bump it out an additional 4 feet.

No. I looked at one in Wilmington a year ago and I’m about to build one in Benson.
