A majority of trade jobs are union. The union negotiates a CBA. I have a base rate increase every year, and a CPI (CONSUMER price index) raise so higher inflation, higher raise. All negotiated. I make well over 6 figures. Don't necessarily love what I do, but I love what I do outside work and it's just a means. It's also hard work and physical so there's that. No college degree. If you enjoying watching someone based on their content the platform should not matter. Everyone saying one is bad and the other is not is kind of hypocritical.
