I managed to sort of figure out the lyrics: One time more! Raise your glasses high! As before! Raise your glasses high! (To the one we all can boast?) Even though we’re dry tonight There’s room for one more toast! Come on and drink! Wet your whistle and drink! If they want the world dry Why we will obey! We’ll just drink it that way! Come on and drink! Sarsaparilla for me What’s it matter the time For drinkin a brew Long as we can drink to you! And to the soldiers And to the sailors We’ll drink to butchers And even tailors And while we’re at it We’ll keep on thinking Of things to drink to We’ll keep on drinking scotch on dry and drink to (Ach du lieber das ist himmel!) drink! Wet your whistle and drink! If they want the world dry Why we will obey! We’ll just drink it that way! Come on and drink! Sarsaparilla for me What’s it matter the time For drinkin a brew Long as we can drink to you! I don’t know what they say after sarsaparilla, but it sounds like “for me”.
