Solved it. Deleted that filter in regedit. Its to do with gear driver being outdated.

Thank you very much, my mouse driver was corrupted and the second solution did it for me. Althogh i needed to do it twice since once i uninstaled one of the controllers my keyboard stopped working and i couldn't delete the other two, so i needed to restart my computer to activate my keyboard so i could delete the others, and once i restarted my computer again it was fixed. Thank you so much.

This fix did not work for me because I deleted some of the inf files for the usb using a dism command on the advanced Startup menu command line because Windows crashed. What do I do now?

Uninstalling the driver and restarting the computer works for me. As soon as the unit turn on again, windows try to re install the drivers and that's it! Your driver is back and error is already resolve

this is just a suggestion for those with the same problem still, to uninstall the wireless 5808 LTE broadband driver, restart the computer and reinstall and see if that helps

This wasn't exactly my problem, mine was with Imaging Devices. But watching this video and the one on audio devices, I found the Class descriptors for the devices that were code 39 using the Device Manager device details. After deleting the same values my problem was solved. Thank you.

excellent video sadly it did not work I also did bios update computer is Asus N751JK bluetooth worked fine for 8years but following a W10-64bit update on july 15th2023, I got no bluetooth anymore cannot rollback driver M76USB Bluetooth device driver ---- has exclamation mark ---- in device manager code 39
