Produce like yourself. You'll be setting yourself up to be below him or just as good as him, if you try to produce like him or use the same ish (Vst's, presets, samples etc.) he uses. Nobody else thinks the same way as him and nobody thinks the same way as you. So just do you and he might be saying the same thing about your music, because you'll be in your own lane.

Lonely Kid i feel like a lot of people i see in music related online posts need to hear these things. i always see producers say they wanna sound exactly like martin garrix or alan walker. or i hear jazz musicians want to sound exactly like charlie parker. everyone is formed from unique DNA and a unique set of experiences that make them who they are, and the art they create will always be a reflection of that, no matter what
