Hallo, Im in Dublin procedure in France and now I have to wait 18 months to apply for asylum again in France. After 18 months can I apply for asylum in any prefecture or I have to go to the same prefecture in (Orleon).

@@seheras7194 I have a question let's just say someone gets a french visa but instead of applying for asylum in France applies it in Germany that asylum seeker could stay in Germany or sent back to France

asylum means being from an active war zone which you are clearly not

My asylum was rejected in Germany tow times then escape to France but France didn't deport me back to Germany and accepted my application to be processe in France so during the process If I go back to Germany so will Germany deport me to France or Afghanistan?
