Yeh, even though you've clicked end turn, its still playing out from their point of view. Play yourself on a phone vs pc or something to see how much lag their is, especially if a lot happens in one turn.

It seems that the rope start when the turn actually start. That is why when your oponent turns start the rope didnt start because he is technically still watching your card plays. I didnt know they fixed that.

The reason his rope starts later is the hotfix Blizzard implemented on nozdormu long ago. If you play long animations before their turn they get a little bit extra time for their turn when nozdormu is on field. Otherwise most of their turn is wasted on watching your animations.

Did they change how the game works? Is it no longer possible to skip your opponents turn with long animations? Or did they change only Nozdormu, so that he can't skip turns? Because it certainly did not work that way when I last saw him in play. ed.: I'm open to suggestions if you think there are other cards that were more buggy.

@@Draconic. that's interesting, I wasn't aware of this change either - if it is a change (and not a bug). I like this change, so I hope it's true! Your opponent's turn should start when the animations end for them. If that gives them a longer turn, then too bad, that's your own fault for playing Nozdormu and/or cards with huge animations (eg. Shudderwock...)!

The reason the rope took so long to appear was because they fixed nozodormu turn skipping. The delay is him watching the animations of your cards being played before his turn starts. Even though its his turn on your end, on his end its still your turn
