14:58 there are multiple things that could cause the axle on a trailer to do that, more than likely the hub seal failed and the bearings don't take long to end up hot enough to melt. That is why the hub seals are a required part of pre and post trip inspections and why you should also check them every 3-4 hours of driving when under heavy load.
