Those nasal things actually work. Though that one's super overpriced you can just get a cheap pump one for like $5 and just pump saline water into your nose and out the other nostril. It honestly works exceptionally well. Or less intense is a new nettie pot which is a little ceramic tea kettle looking thing which you fill with saline water and tilt your head to the side and pour it in your nostril.
