Could you please help me? I am in trouble. My "DUO MOBILE" app is not working and does not support in my mobile which is old model of 2017. Now I want to install it in my laptop with WINDOWS 11. I urgently need it. Help me, please? How can I do it?

I dose not turn on (Restore for third party account) option and reset my phone. Now, i can not loging to my Facebook account for two factor authentication code. Please help me 😭😭
