Hare Krishna Prabhuji 🙏 With humble submission I want to ask you that why women should always co-operate? Nowadays men even don't try to understand women's problem. They are just utilising. I am not blaming all the men out there but most of them are like that. Even if women don't know how to cook, why a husband should look for other girl. Isn't it a disgraceful act on their part? Everyone accept that if women can't handle or cook properly then the husband will look for alternative girl, so its a fault of the wife herself which is not at all acceptable. The men should have some sense of control and support and teach the wife if she fails to do so. Isn't it the responsibility of the husband?

Please forgive me if I ask that, but can you meet today's requirements with ancient, very archaic ways of thinking? What if a woman is spiritually more advanced than her husband and should take more responsibility for this reason alone? Why are there so few female leaders at ISKCON? No female Diksah gurus?

Maharaja is talking about general principles, but there can be exception where wife has to take lead, we have examples in Shastras for that. Eg. Jahnava mata, the consort of Lord Nityanand became leader of Vaishanva community after He closed his earthly pastimes. So a Spiritually qualified lady can become Guru but they will be rare. Also in some social systems, Lady may not be well accepted by common masses as their Spiritual Guide. It's not so straightforward actually.
