It will happen…. But you can also have the rooms or possibly floors expand outward so the under floor can get the sky view also without the top floor blocking the view… they can expand outward over the purchased land if the sky is available and how much sky do you own when you buy the land. I want to help design cause I visualized the building then googled it and found you
