God, this game's music is SO GOOD. I played this game as a kid but never even recruited Paula, but then I played it all the way through when they released it on the Switch VC. It's quickly become a favorite. Here's hoping Mother 3 on GBA VC is soon.

I know right! My favorites are: Eight Melodies (both Mother 1 & 2), Smiles and Tears (which is Mother 2's Eight Melodies but combined and used with more instruments in the End Credits), Pollyanna, Winter's White, Franky's theme, Kraken Of The Sea, Dalaam, Fourside theme, Because I Love You, Runaway Five's Final Performance, and Bein' Friends. The Catherine Warwick version of Pollyanna/I Believe In You and Bein' Friends are my favorite versions of the songs, and the St Paul's Choir version of the Eight Melodies is outstanding too. The lyrics of Smiles and Tears are good too. I played Earthbound/Mother 2 on my Wii U when I was 8, took a 7 year hiatus from it, then picked the game back up at 15 and took yet _another_ hiatus for 1 month and 5 days, and finished Earthbound on President's Day (February 19th, 2024), at the age of 16 (my current age!) I'm currently playing a Fan Translation of Mother 3 (by Tomato) on my Lenovo Legion desktop, and I'm at the part where Duster infiltrates the Osohe Castle.
