1.)Mood of the poem is sad, it is significant with the frequently used assonance throughout the poem. "O silent goblet"- O assonance (interjection) "Were being twirled"- /ə/ assonance like lamenting Whose root- /u:/ assonance depicts the pain 2) Flashback in the third stanza suggests how he is worried an how he was happy. 3) Rhyming scheme is regular some times and sometimes irregular. It shows how the speaker's mind is sandwiched of the man's hindrance on nature. 4.) Irony - the great potter
