Ingredients:
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sriracha or hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Chicken:
Chicken breast, cut into small cubes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
Potatoes:
2 large potatoes, cut into fingers
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Abundant frying oil
Four slices of cheddar cheese
Optional for Garnish:
Green onion, sliced
Green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, add vegetable oil, chicken breast, salt, and sweet paprika. Stir well for five minutes until the chicken is cooked, then set aside.
Add flour and cornstarch to the potatoes, then fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
Place the fried potatoes in an oven-safe dish, top with cheddar cheese slices, and bake for five minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, using only the bottom heat to melt the cheese.
Arrange the toasted chicken pieces on top and pour the prepared sauce over them.
Garnish with green onions, bell peppers, and paprika.
