It's called as menemen in Turkiye. Saksuka is fried vegetables in tomato sauce for us :)

I recommend adjusting the title of Ful Mudammas to Ful Mudammas (cooked Fava Beans) - and can we replace that with other types of legumes? And I would call the green coriander Ciilantro (I assume that is the same thing) - otherwise, looks delicious :-)
