Recipe:
Dough:
240 gr flour (1.5 cups)
70 gr - semolina or almond flour (0.5 cup)
30 gr starch (2 tbsp)
100 gr powdered sugar
125 ml vegetable oil ( 1/2 cup )
Salt pinch
Filling:
500 gr plums (6-8 pcs)
30 gr brown sugar (3 tbsp)
1 tbsp semolina or almond flour
1 tbsp jam or jam
1 tbsp sugar for sprinkling ( optional )
1. Mix flour, salt, powdered sugar, semolina, starch in a bowl, add vegetable oil and grind everything with your hands into crumbs.
2. Remove the stones from the plum and cut the plum into small cubes. Mix the chopped plum with brown sugar.
3. Line the bottom and sides of the mold with baking paper. Put half of the crumbs on the bottom of the mold in an even layer, tamp it down and spread the jam with a thin layer. Then pour a spoonful of semolina and lay out the plum filling. Smooth everything and put the remaining half of the crumbs on the plum in an even layer. Sprinkle sugar on top of the cat (optional).
4. Bake the cake until golden brown in a preheated 180 degree oven top-bottom mode for 50 - 55 minutes. Allow the cake to cool completely in the mold and put it in the mold for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Before serving, remove the cake from the refrigerator, remove the form and baking paper.
