I think the gold one increases speed, i saw it increase it by 0.01 but it didn't have the green + number, but still increased, you can see it at 9:13 (He realized it at 12:47 cause it showed the increase green this time... Early commenting moment..)

That happens pretty much constantly for me; I don't know what specific mod hiccup or conflict causes Regret Pedestals to show items "that could have been" over pickups but I'm all too used to seeing Q3s and Q4s floating away into the void because I walked back into a room where I left a key or something.

When it comes to curse rooms with tainted keeper you actually can go in them. If you walk in and then immediately try to walk out you will either see what’s in their and so know if it’s worth trying to get back in or the curse room will have at least one foe meaning you’ll be able to get a coin. This strategy is a little risky but assuming you can clear a curse room without getting hit (which with 2.5 dead gods you should) it works great for getting curse rooms with tainted keeper.

if you haven't, play t keeper with the sigil of samuel from the mod that adds samuel. it makes enemies die twice, so it synergizes well

Have you considered on runs like this which are just for fun, maybe using commands to guarantee you can fight some more bosses? Like if you get to chest/dark room and have an absolutely broken build you give yourself key to fight Mega Stan just to see how the build demolishes him? I think that could be pretty fun, and as this isn’t for progress I don’t think people would mind that much

I was playing recently looking for modded items that would be fun to start with as tainted lost, I found a good one that I thought would make for a good video. Not gonna lie I don’t know what mod it’s from specifically but it’s called order, it spawns one random item and then from then on, all items will spawn in item ID order, my random item happened to be a modded item and I got nothing but modded items for an entire run.
