Making / using custom shapes is one of those things I’ll do even if I don’t need to because it’s makes the rig more fun

I’ve been using Bonera for this. Not only does it have all the other rigging features, like one click generating IK setups, and one click duplicate and constraint, but all the custom bone shapes actually use the icon gallery so you can see what you’re using. It’s a superior tool by far.

September 19 2023 I used this widget and honestly its really handy. I tested in my personal project 3D character. But only 1 issue, i dont know why i got python script error when i try to symmetrize shape only for that 1 shape. Other bone shape i can symmetrize perfectly, just only 1 cant. So the solution i made is click that bone, choose shape from library as usual, edit it and done... Big thanks to person who bring this widget and thanks to Pierrick for demonstrate this widget ..❤❤❤

Hi there! Any advices on what to avoid in a character model?
