Fried Rice Noodles (Chao Mai Fun) with Veggies
Today Nok uses rice noodles, known as Bee Hoon in Malaysia (Hokkien language). This is a healthy gluten-free option, simple to make and so delicious. This is a favourite dish for taking along on a picnic and is often eaten at room temperature. You will need tofu and sprouts…Nok of course has her own homemade tofu and sprouts. Then for the fantastic flavour, add garlic, green onion, celery, soy sauce and of course, salt and pepper. The veggies today are Cai Xin (a green leafy from the mustard family) and carrots. You will love this simple dish, both vegan and gluten-free. Enjoy!
