In NBA 2K24, the triple threat is your secret weapon on the court. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just starting out, understanding and utilizing these simple and basic moves will get you the easiest buckets in NBA 2K24!
Creating Space:
When a defender crowds you, use the triple-threat step-over and jab-step to create separation.
If the defender is slow, sprint around or past them, anticipating their moves.

Hey bro I always be watching your content .can you please add in some L2 cancels in to your combos would love to see what you can create . I use L2 cancel all the time to avoid certain moves like a moving step back I can L2 cancel into a LeBron step back non r2 using John wall . Would love to see you make a video on L2 cancelling 😭. It is realistic if you use it right . There's L2 cancelling for speed boosting and then there's L2 cancelling for combos . I have. 1300 hours on the game. There's the L2 cancelling for speed boosting , which is unrealistic . I'm talking about using the L2 cancel to continue combos or select certain animations .

For example the every step back has three options. Non L2 ,R2 and moving step back . When you use the L2 cancel while running (doesn't need to be a speed boost) you can hit the R2 step back(snatch back) or the non R2 step back instead (LeBron step back) . If you don't L2 cancel you go straight into your moving step back . In this sense it is realistic because in real life if I'm running horizontally and want to do a snatch back I can . I would love to see Cruz implement this into his combos .

I've fundamentally stayed away from L2 cancels which allow the quick left right bursts! Didn't even bother trying to learn them! I try to use mechanics around the speed boosts the way it's designed!

Triple Strike is a badge that activates when you use "triple threat" moves. These triple threat moves can be as simple as launching straight out of a stationary position, jab step launches, jab step combos. You get a speed boost when using triple threat moves to launch! I think you need a 75 acceleration to get gold triple strike!

Just make sure you don't dribble yet when you catch the ball! From there you have options to jab step, shoot, pass, or dribble!

Sure thing bro! Go into MyPlayer settings -> MyPlayer tab -> Animations, and then for jumpshot, there are tabs for create a jumpshot (cycle through it using L1/R1). Then choose your base, choose your upper, and release timing and blend!

Make sure you have an 87 mid range or 87 3 point rating to unlock this! Tracy McGrady base, Kobe upper 1, Tari Eason Upper 2, release speed is quick, and blend is 56 (kobe)/44 (Eason)!
