Making money is a lot easier through investment, Rather than saving you should buy assets, trade or invest but make sure you run a background check up on your source before you invest, Ensure you are investing through a solid foundation source to avoid blowing money away

Just started watching your channel. I have been getting into real estate with researching and reading for the past 3-months. Thanks for explaining where to get money for the BRRRR method. So many people talk about about how great it is, but they leave out the part that you need to pay all cash for the property for it to work. Thanks for clearing that up. Keep up the great content!

I am so glad I learned and kept good habits to have good credit scores. I even recently hit the elusive 800 credit score, with a 802. Been very helpful in securing loans for my real estate investments.

Great video Ryan! Real estate has been the best way for my wife and I to build our wealth. Love your content 👍🏻 I think 6% return is great to start with. If you continue raising the rents each year then your cash in cash return continues to grow. And someone else pays your debt off.

Have you ever did lease purchase with terms? Ya you would be lease purchasing it to someone else. But you are able to get a large down payment in the beginning and monthly income and then a balloon payment at the end. This is how I started and only needed $100 for an attorney to sign the contract. No credit checks whatsoever and no need for a lender. I would recommend this strategy for people who have bad credit.

I’d definitely tune in to hear about tax benefits. I’m curious about your thoughts on, say a loan with 10% down. Is it hard to get? Is a PMI the only trouble? Is it a good target? What if your income is low but your savings is high?

Use a hard money lender or a private lender to fund your BRRRR. No need to pull your equity out of your home without exploring other options first
