In a craft room in Alabama, a card loving and Natasha fan, is busy making 37 Valentine cards. A notification pops up and all work comes to a stop! There is a new video out by her favorite card maker. She is happily watching the video, feeling very blessed to have found Natasha on KZbin a few years back. There are quick step sounds down her hallway. She hears an excited (and 38 years familiar) voice exclaim, "Natasha has a new video! Lynn! Natasha is on!!" After almost 38 years of marriage he still knows how to sweet talk to me!

Years ago, I used wax seals but only on the outside of an envelope. It never occurred to me to use them as an embellishment. What a fantastic new way to use them! Thank you for the inspiration ♥️

Yes! Consider a video with dried flowers or something behind the wax seal. I haven't seen anyone do that yet. :)

You can also heat the wax with your heat gun. Works very nicely and you don't have an open flame. Great card! xo

Love this card! 💕 I also love wax ideas. The mail machines are to rough, and the PO workers in NY, USA have no patience for handling handmade cards gently. I put the wax inside the card, but back or front covered by a piece of card stock is safer. Love your channel, love you, and love those tiny hands we see from time to time.😊

I put wax seals on all the cards I post. The USPS (postal service) doesn't always like the seals, but on!y a few have been returned for extra postage! My friends love the seals! Thank you!

You can dip your stamp into an ink pad (silver for example) before you stamp into your melted wax,looks pretty good x

Hi Tasha 🥰🦘🦘 This turned out very well! I have considered buying the equipment to make seals to use in my cardmaking but don't feel that I will get enough use out of them. However, that doesn't stop me enjoying seeing others playing with wax & creating the very idea I had from watching your video of the card with pink, woodgrain textured background & pink hearts. I will make it, using Kraft cardstock & my heart dies, as I planned. My envelope will be spilling hearts downwards though! Great inspiration & I thank you again. Natasha, great video and yes, I would love to see more cards using the wax seals. I recently bought into the wax and would love your card ideas. I found when I premade the seals, used on outside of the envelopes, they either came off or they cracked.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Hi! I'd love to see more videos with ideas on how to use wax seals on cards! My daughter graduated high school (in 2018) and we used a monogram to seal the envelopes for her grad announcement. Everyone loved them. Postage was a bit more as they had to go through mail processing manually, but still worth it.

Natasha, when I cut any lattice dies, I use all the “ throw away bits”, and with my stylus on a silicone mat, I make tiny flowers

I play around with stuff I already have. I made my own stamp tool. I've used decorative buttons, old coins, the alphabet letters to my wood burning tool. And for the wax, I use Scentsy wax melts after the scent is all gone. I save them in a plastic bags just for this purpose. Works just fine.

I need to buy some of those wax seal heads to attach to handles I already have. I once used a designed cabinet knob that was flat enough to make an impression. I had to add some heavy weight screw nuts and a bolt into it to give me a handle and weigh it down, but it did pretty good. Would love to see more of these wax ideas! This was really inspiring! I’ll have to pull my box of wax pellets down and make some of these!

I saw somewhere someone using their normal stamps but stamping in embossing ink before putting onto wax. So maybe you could 'use what you have' as our favourite card maker says.😊

I have some real thick embossing powder I could melt and try . need to see if I have something to use for the stamp. I use all types of colors for my cards. I have 2 rooms upstairs I use as my craft room and overflow room😁. I am a big crafter if many things. Would love to watch all the cards you make!!
