great guide, I have never even stepped foot in the zuk area and as someone new to pvm (1 month ago I hadn't killed anything past GWD1) this was great to see how much effort you've put into it. I'm playing ironman and I didn't have all the items used (powerbursts of vitality for example) but with the big hp it just meant anticipation+ food worked for me. Definitely needed my food and got it first try so very pleased with the outcome!

THANK YOU i tried two other guides but they were both written before the ghost nerf. I'm sure you can still beat him with those methods but i was struggling. With this guide it was actually trivial haha. This dude is SO EASY with Necromancy! 😅 One thing to keep in mind is that Zuk's quake mechanic has a very inconsistent "lock-on" feature. I sometimes get sneak-attacked by one of the eruptions even if I surge immediately after the sword hits the ground and I end up dying because I don't react fast enough. I also use Anticipation before Zuk drags me when he initiates the "pizza" mechanic, which is what you should do as well. Just merely suggesting! 😊

I didn't get the stone in three attempts, but that falls more on my own skill cause following this video has gotten me TO Zuk twice in my last 4 attempts, one failure being due to mis-clicking on the Triple Jad wave. This strat works, I just need to get better with it.

Better method for the 5 guys in the first challenge. Hit them with death skulls and as each one is hit you hit them again to finish them off. Easily clears all of them with no tanking required. You can also attack Zuk before hitting the action button if you want to fill up souls or necro stacks for volley or finger. That way, it is very easy to finish Zuk after clicking the action button.

Yes, the primary bars I provide at 4:05 use conjure undead army. The ghost/skeleton are after it for commands. The bars without conjure army are for people who aren't 99 necromancy yet. The phantom guardian will make this even easier for sure

@@qprs Just had to add to my comment now. I attempted your guide tonight for the first time. WOW! so so so easy with your setup. First attempt got to zuk no problem but freaked out during pizza and didn't clear the guys fast enough so got instakilled. Second attempt got it so easily in about 40 min that i had to do it again for a second stone (again around 40min). Will get my remaining 2 stones tomorrow night. Too easy with your guide, you da MVP.

Around 2:06 I go over the combos for the perks, but your perks should be okay. It will be noticeably more difficult without them, so if you're having trouble I would adjust them

If you're running enhanced devoted and devoted together, devoted can only roll while enhanced devoted is active. There is a very small 1 cycle internal cooldown that both devoted and enhanced devoted use to ensure you only get one roll of the perk per cycle. Enhanced devoted rolls first and then applies this cooldown and this stops devoted from rolling after. If enhanced devoted is up however, it does not apply this cooldown and the code falls through to devoted allowing it to trigger

While that is good damage reduction, you will miss out on the healing from the ghost, canceling out the benefit of the spirit shield and losing out on damage from the other conjures

@@starlabewild3919 I see what you're saying. I've done that intentionally for this guide- basically remove any input that is unnecessary so there's less for people to worry about. I'd save additions like that for a more advanced method that's focused on speed, but they're good tips for sure

I can confirm that this worked hilariously well BEFORE necro nerf. Now using the super tank heavy builds, 90% of the time, I fail to do enough damage to the minions during pizza phase. Getting instakilled at the very end of the fight, wasting a bunch of time. So its HILARIOUS to watch this video and watch you burn through them using full tank everything and no extra damage pot or prayers and such. Suspicious AF.

The big thing for the minions is having the tokkul-zo ring and weapon poison on. Then making sure to quickly move to each section by preparing dive in advance. Using bloat manually on the ranger causes it to die extra fast which gives you the time necessary to finish the other two minions. I'd suggest replaying that part of the zuk fight by teleing in and out until it's more consistent for you
