When new Trophy Hunters enter the hunt (some may not even be born yet)… they’ll search for accounts that have these kind of games downloaded into their purchase history. Who knows… years from now… this $1 game may fetch you $5-10 depending on how desperate the eventual trophy hunter is.

Increasing challenge? If they'd just made it a game where you have to correctly build the fire or you pick which pieces of wood to put on and it burns out over time, that would be pretty cool, might even pay more than $1 for it

You don't have to like these kind of cheapo, trophy whoring non-games, but a good chunk of your audience still wants them. Plus, for trophy hunters on a budget, $1 plats are always welcome. Besides, I love that the final trophy before the platinum says "Awarded for flawless performance under extreme conditions." At least it has a sense of humor. 😂

Good. The platinum system is broken so might as well lose our minds. I have around 220 platinums. Ryan the PlayStation channel guy Mystic has 300+. Yet we are both PlayStation level 500ish out of 999 Turns out, the game war rigged from the start my friends. Like sure, I can start playing trash games and get 400 platinums by the end of this year. But I want to have something that makes me proud. I don’t know the challenges yet, but I’m sure I’ll grind Black Myth and DBZ Tenkaichi 4 this year. Basically I expect only 5 new plats from me by 2025.

What do you mean by "are back on the store". If you're talking about 1 button games, there was literally one from last month called "say a prayer". These games are technically not swapped assets though, which is why they still get on the store. I'm not defending these games though, I hate them just as much as anyone, if not more, but at least it's more than a swapped PNG
