This looks amazing and your video quality was superb but I have a few questions. What are the best conditions to get a coconut to germinate? You specify to peel back the stem fibers a couple times a week but you don't say why. Does it encourage the growth of more off shoots? Does it affect the way it grows? Why do we need to cover the coconut with a wet cloth? I thought it had been to keep the roots moist but then you cut those off. So I'm curious as to why you do that.

@@kalynjankowitz sadly no 😔 I suspect it has a lot to do with living in Canada and the fact that in husk coconuts are impossible to find. I did find other videos that managed to get de-husked coconuts to germinate, but mine just became moldy.
