hey man noticed you had surgery for osteolysis in your shoulder in a vid you did awhile back. I had the same surgery last october and have been doing pt since then. With my collarbone being shortened and less stable I'm still having difficulty with the healing process and its a little depressing at times, I just wanted to see how your experience and healing process went. Keep up the cool videos dude I enjoy watching them!

First and foremost, hope you’re feeling better than before the surgery. I’m planning to do a One Year follow-up video soon and talk about my experience. Stay positive, I had my surgery last March but didn’t start lifting in the gym again until Dec. I advise waiting for the pain to be completely gone before hitting the gym. It will feel a bit unstable and stiff at first but I think lifting again (albeit slowly at first) is a positive thing that will help loosen the joint. I’m slowly making progress and am able to benchpress 185 lbs again a couple weeks ago so let yourself heal before jumping into it again. Best of luck and thank you!
