So as you can see I tried to be a nice likable kind guy in the beginning. You know seem friendly and easy going which I had become in my so called retired days after I made 180degree change from what Baltimore had created. Yeah well I wish you the Best now while it may appear like I just jumped into ebikes and did mods immediately and I did but I am a certified electronic technician and a hobbiest that did everything from ham radio to rc cars which these are the bigger versions so I did have a extensive 30plus year electronic background. That being said these are extremely easy tech wise if you are familiar and if your not and good with your hands, mechanically inclined you can definitely teach yourself. allot of craftsmen have no issue building the bike but may not do the electrical part and do not attempt to just build batteries. Again background helped and knowing just how dangerous they can be its not a game these bikes can easily burn your home down. Bad electrical wiring is far worse than a bad petrol mechanic. If you have a family do your homework Bro. Aint nothing worth that. some of us may make it look easy and again it is but dangerous as hell and thats no lie

Hey what is up my guy Ty for the answer the other day that is my first e-bike and I am building a big bomb but am at the point to built the battery 240 21700 Samsung 40T 20s12p 72v48ah 3500 whwith 35 amp continuous discharge and 70 amps peak but my big problème is I can't font a BMS higher then 380 continuous amp and if I'm not mistaken I want the BMS at the same amperage as the battery other it could cause plenty of trouble am I wrong idk I'm asking cause I am not a pro by any mean and I want to be informed the best I can I heard should better to have a little over the amperage over the battery so he tell me 500 amp would be great for you but cannot find the them thin nowhere can you help me plz

we finally worked out a way to use that alloy and abs composite pannel to for frames ,we use heated wire its about as thick as pencil maybee little smaller,and lets you bend it without cracking then ,use bonding adhesive to join all the cross brace peices,and strengthening peices ,the la#stly the top and under side panels weve made to 2 side battery covers from coloured acrylic

he swing arms are abit trickier there is 4 layers bonded each side and meatal plates clamp each side and hold bushes or barings the cross braces for the swingarm had to end up being solid alluminium peice with 4 large allen held bolts tapped each side

the actual material cost is only few hundred dollars,i think people should be able to make these from home

Hmm he's good at welding in my opinion his battries look great and i come this channel from time to time no hate but I'd say ebikeguy is ebikeking his channel has more pull and his energy matches. those who know know especially owning a product built from his hands 😁
