People like Taimur would be more useful & productive in India though their debate, comments and review of state of the economy.

The extreme economic disaster will occur unless dealth with care and even CPEC will add further burden with around $50 bn on which interest has to paid along with bailout package interest and others interest. @HARIS SALIM every country has these kind of individuals. However, you must realise that the facts you are stating originated under govts before India's current govt. Modi's govt too is facing economic slowdown in it's second term. But the difference is that of intent. The main reason for this slowdown is not lack of demand but of govt crackdown in the kind of scams that you have mentioned. In fact, IT collections have gone up in the last 6 years. Thieves like Chidambaram are in jail. You cannot imagine how the Enforcement Directorate and IT Dept are targeting individuals and organisations involved in fraud. The mend will see some troughs, but the crests are outnumbering them. And the prognosis for India is robust. There is good amount of reserves. Only fools are comparing Pakistan with India. There is just no scope for it. I think Pakistan is being hit by a heavy dose of something called REALITY. Other smaller neighbours like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal don't even attempt to do it. Pakistan has this huge inferiority complex where India is concerned. It cannot even address its financial issues without a mention of India in it

Economic is my worst subject ever in my education carrier. Mostly i enjoy Economic period in our college Canteen with my friends. I don't remember i attend whole period of economic of 40-min in my education carrier. Today i spend nearly one hour which unveil most of things which mostly i can not describes thoroughly in our daily life chit chat with our friends or in our families so thank you Sir for your very comprehensive detail. "I just afraid that Monkey got Lighter and it is very hard to save country from fire" "Bahyo & Behno ... "WE ARE LIVING BEYOND OUR MEAN .... " This is one of the best sentence used by Sir, Taimur, although we all knew the mean of this sentence but but we neither care to showoff or also further stopped to used costly thing in our daily lives. As a student of economics, I liked this video. But you said Pak arms and ammunition are much more advanced compared to India. You know Pak can not fight a conventional war and win which is accepted by IK. With latest upgradation of Rafael, Apache, Brahmos, S400 etc, IK will soon stop threatening nuclear war. India's defence budget is equal to the Pak whole budget. So there is no comparison. Pak is nowhere when we talk about 5th gen warfare. India is counted with few countries which can destroy enemy satellites in space and make modern defence equipment dysfunctional.

The synergy of IK and establishment should have worked right from beginning. There seems either a planned chaos or total disconnect. The international establishment too ensured that Pakistan economy should not work since 2008. And slide continues. The rise of interest rates and compression of imports did contain CAD but at the cost of Fiscal deficit. The interest rate hike is the major factor to bring the economy down.

Imran khan sahab should make an business friendly environment in Pakistan, reduce tax charges on business give them confidence n facility to invest in Pakistan, they should be treated as a national assets, Improve your image globaly, visit country after country for FDI, for FDI u should improve your infrastructure, port and availability of skilled labour , Improve your basic agricultural provide formers to new tech. Resolve farmer's problem, focus on Small, medium and micro interprises sector, provide to youth skill based education diploma after 10th, focus on other province instead of Panjab, improve your tourism sector... @@vineetsinghgusain701 You are probably right, Still I am hopeful because the people of sub-continent whether Indians or Pakistanis are the same in many ways and are very resilient. According to experts we are now in a much better situation compared to last year... We are also better than how India was back in the 1990s. After that India opened its markets to the world and got out of the crises. Pakistan is a much smaller nation and is also going to get oil on differed payment for 3 more years. Not to mention that it now got its own oil newly discovered as well and work is going on to install the refinery there at an accelerated pace. The only threat I see is the problem of hostilities and conflict. If the peace process in Afghanistan fails, The conflict in Iran gets started and also the skirmishes with India continued, then that would be a real mess.

@@realQkstar dear tell me the names of those experts to whom you have read... first of all... no real economist has said it..that the situation has improved...oil price will rise or decline as per middle east conflict..I don't conflict will increase..situations in Afghan will change... russia will try to enter... russia has changed a lot under Putin... secondly the issue of 90s of india is way different than Pakistan... Pakistan has always relied on imdad... which is now reducing... on the other hand india has relied on working hard... ppl want work here...ppl want to study and grow... terrorism will increase in Pakistan...karachi and sindh will become hot...mqm and ppp will have secret tie up.... kashmir war will need more investment which your army will do... india had faced issue but were way too different a difficult than Pakistan... wait till 2021

Sir great analysis, it was very interesting. I have three suggestions for government 1) the govt owned institutions like pia, railway and wapda are charging high rates and giving no benefit to public so they should be privatised. You can check pia domestic fares are equal to middle east international flight. 2) government should close unnecessary departments like amoor e kashmir, idbp, tcp, etc. 3) our society in general doesn't invest, young graduate of rich families start searching jobs instead of getting self employed. If we don't invest then unemployment cannot be reduced. To encourage people to invest govt should stop pensions to new employees in fact give them gratuity funds so they start business and employee other people instead of depending on pensions which is a burden on economy.
