Pope - Patriarch is the same word, means father, Patriarch is Greek word, Pope comes from Latin.

Both words are of Greek origin. 'Pope' is derived from 'πάπας', which originally meant 'father', but was used among early Greek-speaking Christians to refer to bishops and priests alike. Derivatives thereof are still used to refer to priests in the Orthodox World, especially among Greeks and Southern Slavs. 'Patriarch' does not mean 'feather', but rather, 'founder/head of a family'.

No, Orthodox Church is not some denomination, Orthodox Church is the only Apostolic Church in the world, a true faith. Roman-Catholicism is just another Christian sect, denomination. Heresy, just like Protestant sects.
