That was fricken awesome Misha, what a unique experience that lap was. Every time the Glanza bottomed out I was LMAO...remembering 2 seasons ago that one accident that was blamed on the heavy passenger and it turned to a viral local meme? Now I need to go eat...LMAO

My first ever track day when I had a 996 C2 was back in Feb '06 on the Brands Hatch Indy Circuit. I had three instructor sessions throughout the day and after the last one parked up in the pits. I noticed smoke pouring off the stock rear pads. Was told to run up & down the dual carriage way outside to cool them. Shit myself a bit as I'd only had the car about 3 months. Had steering shake all the way home (about 120 miles) and spent the following weekend with a pack of 4mm drill bits drilling out pad material from all 4 discs!. Quickly replaced with more suitable track focused pads. lol

@@DiegoMoonhaze there is an exit there to track The car that leaves From exit will be slow and the other car coming from uphill Will be fast and they could crash to avoid that situation they putted the speed limit

Drivers seat is a Pro sport and the passenger seat is a Clubsport :)

You mention suspension changes from UK track setup at the end George. Is it just a matter of raising the suspension (and if so what ground clearance would you recommend) or would you stiffen it too?

Ride height, Bound Rebound Bump...everything needs to be adjusted for the Nordshleife compared to a nice flat UK track...The elevations here and camber changes make for some big setup changes in most cases

should easily be doable. seems like it even has enough punch to go close to a sub 8. if you would actually time your laps witch responsible individuals wouldnt do
