We look at how Testosterone affects depression and levels of depression. Low levels of Testosterone co-occur with things like depression, anxiety, low libido and mood changes. In a study which looked at low Testosterone and depression it was found that Testosterone Replacement Therapy in itself has a moderate anti-depressive effect. What has been astounding is the clinical significant improvement in depressive symptoms for patients with low Testosterone.
