Usually every person who have susuk can not die in normal way unless someone take it off except maybe from fatal accident. But if someone died WITH susuk inside their body... Usually the neighbourhood will be haunted by jinn/ghost(whatever you want to call it) resembling the deceased asking help to release the susuk. And if someone with susuk having a rontgen, it will appear in one place, but if the person wants to have it removed by surgery, the susuk will move and hide in other parts of the body so the doctors will not find it. Hard to believe but that's what I heard.

There are so many use for susuk. Some use it to enhance their looks, even to have influence on people. Most uses gold needles for it. There are many ways to remove susuk other than medium.

technically there may be just some science behind this rather than magick. some susuk used very very fine needles inserted into the skin on some parts of the wrinkled skin. that micro cuts and instertion of foreign objects - usually golden needle - will stimulate collagen production and smoothen skin LOL so it's really just normal skin reaction rather than magic. but maybe the magic is more on the charms instead. but it never ends well. if the practitioner dies - and they're usually old - then you're screwed...

Sir the problem is not with using the spirits. The main thing is, what category of spirits are you using to get your work done. In our religion the scriptures have clearly defined the category of spirits. The problem is people forget that there needs to be mutual respect with them as they are not your servants. Second thing is they tend to take services from tamasic( dark) spirits as they show the results quickly but too often their payment is usually by blood 😢. But what the sir said is anyway right.

I am Indonesian here and I would like to disagree that it is a common practice. It is not very common. Maybe some actresses or people use that to make them more attractive to the opposite gender, but it is not common for city people,more common in smaller town. It is not that they have tragic death, but they cannot rest in peace until the susuk is taken out. They would suffer as their body is dying but their soul cannot leave the body (imagine if you have kidney failure yet you cannot die). So the family usually called a shaman or someone with spiritual power to help to take out the susuk so that the person can rest in peace.
