Easy way to fix the tank problem is simply making it more fun , the vast majority of mmos give tanks an aoe taunt , it makes doing big pulls fun instead of being a chore. Just slap on an aoe taunt effect to puncture

Some SUPER EASY quality of life changes you COULD DO that would make the game feel a lot better Make gold account wide Make mount stats account wide Make a better trader system so that grinding the main currency of the game isn't a horrendous chore , global auction house etc OR at very least do what warframe does with a global chat with custom filters so that if you type in wts or buy x only that shows up

Changing the aoe staff ticks to not aoe made mob grinding feel super clunky compared to before btw. Cause the first 1 dies before you get the aoe hit off and then you just awkwardly end up killing them 1 by 1 instead

I’m right there with ya. But sadly I think the time to have done that has came and gone. If they were going to do that they’d have done it a several years ago. Todd doesn’t like remasters, he likes them “the way they were”. Bethesda would rather have you in their 76 ecosystem purchasing Fallout 1st every month and buying FNV and FO3 skins from the Atomic Shop.
