Clarifying for my earlier paragraph. Cloaks would have associated granting surrounding concealment and direct phrasing surrounding the reduction of stun capabilities of incoming attacks which are amplified maybe not described surrounding the use of Shields, guarding and crouch physician. As perks apply, additional benefits would accumulate.

Is amplifying guardian angel Cloak , I'd have it been item appears in the inventory for equipment maybe It auto equips the shield when you put it on. And maybe List ash component Diminishment increase with the stun variable and the blinding action It kind of be weird cause you don't have to have The shield equipped before it to act as a damaged filter.But you have to have equipped for it to act as a guard.Dimage receiver or a better filter as it would be depending on your Shield skill.

Honestly, everything I hear out of a Bethesda Game Studios project is always fantastic. They hire some incredible musicians who really know how to capture the tone of these games. The fact that this much effort went into a mobile game of all things is something I feel doesn't get talked about enough. BGS is really a special team.

Yes, I know this is old content, but I cannot wall glitch using power armor to see if the recipe is still sitting on the ground below the building where it spawns (instead of the table on the roof where it's SUPPOSED TO) OR blast the recipe out of the ground like I've seen other FO4 players do in YT videos... Maybe it could make an appearance under a concept of artificer's cloak of 100 handed. Some Is deidraa shield build identity for a bashing 100 handed set. Brazen smite in Deidra and then maybe a mechanical bow in the same spirit and champ for elemental on mechanical. Will that be a Jason, target or focus target additional damage. Maybe maybe the cloak. I'd like a guardian angel kind of spirit for names.

If you were uninitiated , look at the Cloak wear it over one shoulder and favor the center of your body.Now throw it up into their face You can hold a shield underneath air and accomplish that that bashing stun with a stab.Is that a sneak attack You kind of technically. Have them pen during contact in a way if you have the shield for sure. And then that identity, the shield could literally just be a mid form. Brace, where you could wield a Weapon Still, we just wear the cloak moreover both shoulders. And now you have a buckler standard shield.A catch showed up up there It's blinding every time you block with it

In the perk tree, I've been listed under a section that eventually or in containment of a single advancement. Allows you to sneak attack while standing. Now. That applies to the cloakso now you got blocking passing sneak attack. You have crouch guard pose with any weapons. Neak attack while wearing a cloak. But if your weapons out you can only get those standing sneak attack with the cloak, which is way worse. Because this is the whole thing where you smack them with Shields and stuff and it just gets weird. I put that in earlier perks to where if you're a rock and a cloak. It's kind of weird you just get a bonus to sneak attack at that point or something, maybe not.

Highlighting, when crouched, you would have the bonus if you're wearing a cloaki, don't know what the bonus would be, but definitely you can sneak a tax standing with a weapon. Drop with a cloaknow you have a perk that gives you that completely now. I don't know, maybe I'm just being too generous.

I really like the music but it's missing the Jeremy Soule's vibe, this music wouldn't fit Oblivion or Skyrim for example. 50% of the Elder Scrolls experience was Jeremy Soule's music. It's like the C418 in Minecraft, without the original artist it's like losing the soul of the game. I really hope Bethesda brings Jeremy back, he doesn't deserve to be cancelled. Nothing was ever proven anyway, he's most likely innocent.

You guys could fix the lack of tanks problem that's been plaguing this game for years by literally just making puncture aoe. AOE pulling huge groups of mobs is like the funnest thing about being a tank in other mmos. I'm in literal DISBELIEF that nobody on the dev team has even floated this idea yet 10 years in.
