Thanks for watching! What else would you like me to cover in the Beginner Series?

Started ESO back when it was BETA. Didn't care for it so much (too busy with Everquest). Came back just a month ago or so. I've watched a ton of your videos to get good tips and tricks. Now running my stam nightblade and having a blast. Thanks for taking the time to make these.

Based on my own experience. A good tip for questing and traversing the world would be to just focus on main story quests in each zone and collecting things along the way. It never gets old and never overwhelming and its kept me constantly playing and enjoying the game. Before that I tried a different approach at trying to finish every single event and quest in the each zones, which eventually made me quit the game very quickly.

I'm just starting this game and I find your beginner series a real help. Thanks for that. I was wondering if you could put them all in a play list or something like that so they are easier to find, you have a lot of videos but most of them are over my head at this time if you understand what I'm saying. Thanks

Love your videos! I'm binge watching them all 😂 what's the add-on called where it highlights the loot chests? Thanks so much for your hard work

Thanks for the series. You might want to do a beginner guild for add-ons also maybe one explain buff in the idea why you Major Savagery or why you should use minor or major Maim

I don't know why people are fans of the new tutorial. You just get dumped in a zone with no quest clue or anything. I had to look up what I should be doing (and I played it last in 2015). On the plus side, it led me to guides which told me the original, chronological order to play through the main story which I only got halfway through last time, but on the other hand I should have received some kind of starter zone quest for where I landed, depending on the portal chosen. Thanks for these new player guides, the game really is overwhelming but at least there are some guides out there but you have to go looking. It's a great idea to be able to follow a veteran player with a new character and seeing how to progress and the best things to do starting out and beyond.

Hey Adam, Great Video, in terms of the series maybe you could provide us with something about how to solo overland content world bosses because I know that's something I struggle with a lot.
@performagain3 жыл бұрын
I personally Tank and taunt the boss while my companion does damage. It's slow but thats the only way I've been able to solo WBs
@fredhurst25283 жыл бұрын
I think it would depend on a lot of factors, including which world boss, that affect how easy it is to solo, with most but not all main game zone bosses being a good bit easier to take down, a few being a bit trickier. They have a pattern that if you learn, helps to avoid that lethal blow or red zones that usually overwhelms you, but gear, passives, skill choices (like self heals) and to a lesser extent your class can all make a difference. I find pet sorc and magplar are easier to solo hard stuff, other may have different favorites.

If I'm going to lvl up my toon I make it to lvl 10 then hit random daily dungeon. If u tank there is no wait. You get significant bonus experience for completing it. They go fast until u hit lvl 40 the dungeons are longer.

Only Public dungeon group events give a point. So it's 1 shard per delve and 1 shard and 1 point from each public dungeon.

Good video, BUT... : - You guys who makes these videos REALLY needs to explain what YOU mean with "overland", because, first, the term is used a lot in this game (and not at all in other games), and second, there is quite a lot of disagreement among players what "overland" covers. Some says it's everything in the open world, other says it inclcudes delves, and then there are those who says it includes trials and dungeons. Last is ridicilous, imo, since that's basically everything the whole game, making the term useless. - When talking to beginners about the map, you REALLY SHOULD talk about addons, and the addon manager "minion". I initially gave up this game since it was frustrating to find lorebooks for the mages guild and skyshards for skill points. Then I was told there are addons for that, installed a few, came back, and it was a whole different (better!!!!) game. Having addons from the beginning is a HUGE gamechanger, imo, but I haven't seen a single beginner video even mentioning they exist.
