The white thing on the egg yolk is called the chalazae and it holds the yolk together. It also has proteins and it tells you how fresh the egg is (the more visible the chalazae is, the fresher the egg).

Audrey if you use a fork when dipping it will allow excess to fall off and you should be able to transfer it to the tray….if Spencer added a little milk to the frosting like a teaspoon it would have run a little better…

Jordan if you ever make eggnog again (you probably won't 😅) but if you do once you start to see the egg chuncks or it starts to simmer thats when you take it of the stove. I hope this tip helped😁🥰

Try using a fork when dipping the truffles in the chocolate. I bought a dipping tool to help me when I cover anything in chocolate. Hope that helps

For chocolate icing frosting read the instructions on a herseys cocco container. Follow the order exactly or youll wind up with spencers problem. There is one variation that works but just combining it all together is a fail
