One thing to think about, there are billions on earth, if you're going to make this sound more realistic there would be trillions upon trillions throughout the galaxies not billions can you please fix that in your next videos try to get it more realistic everything else I heard was great

A million seconds is about 12 days. A billion seconds is about 32 years. A trillion seconds is about 32,000 years. If you're going for realism it would probably still be billions.

That depends on which type of billion you are talking about. American billion = 1,000,000,000. According to my old dictionary a British billion used to equal 1,000,000,000,000. Guess which I prefer? We called an American billion a thousand million.

@beccabbea2511 I guess I was referring to other alien creatures on other planets and if you add Millions upon millions of other planets and each one had billions of citizens eventually you would reach trillions of entities. I'm not talking about trillions on one planet I'm talking about the combined Galaxy of all entities

Well, the British billion thing, while super nifty, is not something that would have ever crossed my mind... I'm not British. Most of the world also not being British likely takes their understanding of the word "billion" from common economic knowledge. Usually pertaining to such figures as Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, the amazon guy etc... Anyway, regardless of all that, the trouble with the numbers comes down to the planets to house them all. Can trillions fit onto the number of planets within reach of whatever is going on in the story.(I admit I've forgotten the story, I listen to a lot of these) If you've made it through this far let me end by saying that I don't mean to be an a-hole, but I am... so it comes across that way.

I think you're missing the point of science FICTION. Fiction being the key word here, realism has no place here.
