It is sometimes funny how little corruption mordor does. You go in with strider, 5 companions and 3 corruption. Dead. You go in with just one hobbit. No issue :) The advantages of going super slow and drawing deep on the character deck (and a little luck, and a good starting pool)

@CaptainOfTheRing Yeah it's nuts. I think I've seen someone be on 6 corruption and only gollum left in the fellowship from Emin Muil/Dead Marshes, then end up dunking on only 4 or 5 corruption due to a run of blue tiles and cards. The swings (or lack thereof) are silly sometimes.

Its funny how the exact same thought went through my head of “why did I separate Merry? That extra corruption point could've been critical and Dol Guldur almost certainly would fall with the 3 captains.” I guess in the moment I was thinking what if that extra reroll was the difference between taking DG and not - we've all had a siege where we don't roll a single 6 in 20 dice 😂

Thanks, Marc! Yeah probably should've made more of the horrendous dice, but I seem to recall the dice stats seemed off at one point so wasn't 100% sure if they were totally reliable in this one. But yeah SP got boned on the 6s for sure.

If you move to attack Moria, then you won't get Mount Gundabad for free. Shadow has a ring and can use it to muster in both mount Gundabad and Moira. Then the FPMV attempt is forfeited

Sometimes I can't look at the screen, so it would be helpful to use place names rather than "these guys", "those guys", etc.

I've been making a conscious effort to say place names a LOT more in recent videos but I think naturally over the course of an hour I'm going to slip I'm afraid - especially when I'm just riffing on tactical ideas and thinking out loud. Will try my best but I'm afraid my vids will probably never be flawless if you want every single move clearly narrated with place names.
