The kitchen is amazing. Wouldn’t change a thing. Perfect in every way. Pantry is a great touch. Love the consistent flooring. Master suite well done. Don’t mind the master closet. Can’t beat the price for what you’re getting.

Really like the layout of the home. The pantry in the pass-through to the Utility room is a nice feature with the cabinets in it. I’m not sure that I like the sink so far away from the stove. But I like that there’s no cabinets above the stove just a vent hood. I really like the master bathroom and how the closet is finished out with the paneling.

Exactly! That laminate is already pulling up from poor quality construction. This particular island and top is known for this issue.

Is there a way to close the kitchen off more? Like maybe an wall with an archway or swinging door? I absolutely LOVE this house, but I don't like to see the kitchen from the living room. So many mobile/modular have the "open floor plan" and that's ok, it's just not my style. Otherwise, this house is a dream!
