The car is no longer their's. The repo allows him to take the car. It doesn't allow him to take stuff not in the repo order or damaged property. For example you can't cut a lock on private property but if the car is in the open he can take because the car no longer belongs to them. D goes over the top a little here but if she paid the bill then she wouldn't have to deal with the hassle. I like her choice of weapon. I would have died laughing at that point
