Madam namaste....... I have a confusion......I met with roadcaccident while working. Got right leg fumer fracture n I got 8 months of accident leave and got salary too. Please suggest me am I able to get compensation under this act. No body has informed us from employer side about this. It's almost 2 years gone. By accidentally I watched your video. Plz suggest me.
