I can really appreciate this approach. That you can still maintain your productivity without really using your calendar. I on the other hand, if I have nothing in my calendar I won't get anything done. I need to have my day planned from the day before. There is flexibility for me within my schedule but I need to have my actions set in my calendar.

Man, what you say is what exactly i do in my life. Empty calendar. Working takes a certain amount of my time (4 to 6 hours a day) now, but it wasn't always the case. When i started my business, i worked far more than that (12-14 hours a day). I can say that I am reaping a little of the fruits of my efforts now. Today, I am in empty calendar mode. It is much less stressful. I am not doing 30K in a month like you, but I am on my way.
