This is crazy- this is affecting everyone, whether you on you tube or work a 9-5. Or whatever, things are getting tough for everyone. I wish I had the answer, but they are in charge. I have noticed that your channel,Squirrel Tribe & many other channels I normally watch & or subscribed to (like,Benny J.,Cinema Showgun,) just to name a few,I have been unsubscribed & not notified for new video drops too. I completely understand that no one could sustain any quality of life for just yourself let alone with a family to support on $15 a day. I myself have a disability and receive disability & was already struggling so very hard to survive even before last year's drastic price hikes but now with it only being February, everything has increased even more!! Food $$$$ are crazy then to add in High Hikes in Electricity,car insurance,mortgages, rent,doctors,dentist,Cable/phone services,taxes,medicine etc.... I have to chose to pay a bill or buy food!!😮 But Our Government/President just gives billions away to other Countries,treats illegal immigrants better than born & raised Americans,handing them free phones,stays in Expensive Hotels,Debit/credit cards/vouchers every month,free travel,free health care,get out of jail free cards for whatever crime they desire to commit,etc... While we have men & women homeless,freezing to death on the streets in winter and heat strokes during summer. Many of which are former military who fought for our Freedom,no,they just step over them & bend over backwards to make sure the millions of illegal immigrants flooding into our country are provided for & not taking care of Americans!! Freedom of Speech is going fast! Platform's remove you if you say anything they don't support or agree with or penalize you if you do! Insane times 2024 has continued to be & will get worse it seems unfortunately. I pray you & Michelle will be able to figure out what is best for your family and know you have Our Support,if unable to in $ ,most certainly in subscribing ,liking,commenting! Yep they can definitely control your income. They don’t want everyone doing well. Hubby and I will be debt free this year. When I say eveything being thrown at us to go into debt, I mean eveything. God has been so good with maintaining to and extent. We cut back, and adjusted. Hubby working some more, and we set firm goals now. Times are indeed changing but you can have a good life. Sometimes you have to just wait , but don’t give up.😌

You're obviously not the only one fighting this uphill battle. As you stated in another video, their terms are to pay 55% to the content creator of the ad revenue. It's in their contract which they're not following. If there's a way you creators could band together and actually hire an attorney while boycotting them you'd stand a chance of getting what you rightly deserve. But that'll take someone with a huge set of balls to organize to fight big brother. Somebody's got to do it or they'll continue to treat you like their slaves paying a mere pittance of what you rightly deserve.

What I possibly see coming down the pike is YT using your IP address and regardless of you maybe opening a new account with new content and a different name they still continue to do what they're doing. Back when I was waiting for my disability approval I was trying to get health care insurance that I qualified for but they kept denying me. My doctor kept saying that I should automatically qualify but they kept denying me. The powers that be were basing my case and their approval off of my IP address and once I applied on a completely different computer (not mine) I was approved. So this tells me they may be using your IP address against you...if that makes any sense.

I hear you. And I understand…to a point. Honestly, I watch more YT than traditional “TV”…with that being said, I get tired of some of the channels I’m subscribed to. I either unsubscribe, stop watching, take a break, or scan thru a vid to get the juicy parts (instead of watching all the way through-which is preferred by most hosts). Secondly, in my opinion… influencing (YT, TikTok, IG, etc) is entertainment. It’s not a job. Can it pay the bills or put some funds on the table….it sure can. But, I don’t understand why anyone would devote so much time and energy for a “job” that has no job description. No employee handbook. No rules other than the ones that get changed on the down low and/or only work in the employer’s favor. I also think that none of these platforms ever intended to pay put the way they are. Period. I’m not saying YT isn’t making money hand over fist. What I’m saying is, everyone is in business to make money, not necessarily to share their earnings. I’m an avid DIYr, I post on IG…when I feel like it. When I have the time to record a reel or short, I’ll post it. No pressure on me. No subscribers to please…just fun at my discretion. I’m not looking for “virtual fame”, just wanna share my projects. Lastly, I fear for some of these influencers mental health. Because when reality sets in and the chips have fallen, where does that leave you mentally? What’s happening to you guys and other YT channels is the equivalent of being laid off in a traditional employer/employee relationship. Venture out. Get a traditional job. Invest. Start a business that y’all enjoy. Create multiple streams of income…that way you have backup when sh*t goes south.
