Love this chapter. What a beautiful time in AZ and the sunset fire on the edge of the canyon was ethereal. You mentioned one day not living in your van. I'm so sentimental. I think if I were you knowing all the time spent building my baby and experiencing all the adventures (mostly alone) in it, I'd cry 😢 ❤️

Yes Arizona is very diverse. So is New Mexico. After traveling the west for decades, I knew where I wanted to settle. So I bought 1,000 acres on Arizona/New Mexico border. I have land on both sides. My little place of heaven. Keep in mind where you want land to settle one day. Off grid life KZbin channel sounds great. Don’t forget to install diesel heater before winter comes. Great video.

You are such a great story teller. Words, actions, film, facial expressions and your lovely voice. The affection you show Eliza is natural. It shows the kind of person you are. I hope you don’t mind me saying that when you were preparing the flowers for pressing, I was reminded of The Cottage Fairy and that is a compliment.

I love going on these peaceful journeys with you. Eliza is SOOOOO cute when she curls up into a little "puppy ball." One of the many things I deeply appreciate about your videos and similar content is the still camera work. For years I have been weary of manipulative, jerky, restless camera moves in film and television (i.e.: flash cuts/ ADD editing/ wandering camera-- on a cooking show, no less!!)- longing for that timeless, "PBS" style of wholesome programming that just allows you to immerse in the material without trying to make it "more exciting." The material sells itself without cheap tricks. I love your chyrons, voice overs and framing- they are perfect details at the perfect time. Long-time professionals at major networks could learn something from you. :). You deserve the success you are having and I wish you the best. Onward and upward! :)

Thank you. At 7:00, you can eliminate some of the wind noise by looking up what's called a "deadcat." That's the actual term for the fuzzy things that cover the microphone on recording devices and is intended to stop wind noise. Regards.

Arizona does get addictive doesnt it? Especially the cacti and flowers, canyons....especially everything! I never knew about that currentless river. The footage of it is most impressive. Especially the saguaros growing on the cliffs above it. Arizona is also a biodiversity hot spot as you now well know. 3:42. Love Cliff's art piece with the flowers and look forward to seeing what you will make. I am glad you inform your viewers that they must ensure they comply with local rules regarding wild flowers. I really hope and pray that you get the opportunity to visit all the other biodiversity hot spots in the world and show them to your viewers. 11:06. I really like your sandhill cranes drawing. You ended your time on a real high note with your campsite aside the Grand Canyon as the darkness comes on.

Arizona river floats are the best!!!❤😎🏜🌈 word of warning my friend! Wear sun protection on those river floats. I'm 67 having huge sun created moles from just a few river floats in Az in the 90s. Easily removed but all pre cancerous. Catching them early! I'm Scott/Irish heritage. Even tho I wore shirts, they were white and the sun went right through them!!! Wow.
