Been playing since Reinhardt and have 2 gacha skins (Hiiro, Reinhardt), absolutely heartbroken that the game is approaching EOS. There are many reasons why AS hasn't had a rise in players; largely the lack of advertising, overwhelming storage space (20GB+ iirc) for the type of game it is, and long periods between events. They put too many eggs into the CN basket, slowing down events for global so CN could keep up, and on the CN side of things, they could not keep up with the sheer number of new banners. Now this is without mentioning Cloud Gardens, which as a part of the game that includes none of the aspects of gameplay that most of us came for, takes too much space. I'm hoping for the best but it isn't looking great. The most we can hope to expect is a final event that will try to conclude the story or set it up a future title, and ofc an offline ver of AS. Also Zatchul, ever consider giving HSR content a try again :)

It's official for global now, 24th jan is the termination date if I remember correctly. I am devastated and coping with zzz and miyabi announcement

I played this game day one, and really enjoyed the mechanics of the game. Wasn't really anything like it. Loved the character designs, special moves etc. I spenta little on the game until they added a gacha skin. Not just a paid skin, but a gacha paid skin. Was my first encounter with that "feature" and that's when I left. Might have kept playing if it wasn't my first encounter with that system. Nikke does this, but I just ignore it and its fine. A shame it's meeting it's end because it really did have a neat mechanic and good art.

I am heartbroken for the CN players, and am hoping for the best for global. I definitely do NOT respect Veya and the team that did NOT put together all the AS files. I think I am already playing some of the games your gonna suggest lol.

I am absolutely shocked and sad to hear this announcement. I just got back playing from this game after my time in college and when I saw this announcement on the game my heart sank. I'm an old player of this game and even have the same birthday as the game released. It's just sad to see the game go cuz I really had some good times playing this game

If you enjoyed your time there while it lasted, than it's not a waste of time just cuz it's ToS. Most "traditional" games, you don't spend more than 50 hours so if you've enjoyed this game for more than that, it was worth it.

It's upsetting if global is going to join CN (which is unlikely). But I'm REALLY interested in how offline game is gotta work. I guess it would be good if we need no internet, considering that AS is not a multiplayer in the first place. No friend support?🤔

I was thinking about this game this week. It was fun, but as always with gacha games, it became tiresome. If it was an offline game with no energy systema etc, it would be a banger for me with that unique system
