You can get the good ending by saving before the first poem and going through the path for all characters. 1) Save before the 1st poem. 2) Write 3 poems for each character starting from Sayori. 3) Reload the game before Sayori's "final scene." 4) Once you've completed the path for all three characters and unlock their "CGs" you can complete the game as normal. 5) Talk to Monika in the "Room" until you unlock her CG. 6) Get the Good Ending.
